Shipping Destinations

We currently ship across Mexico and offer international delivery to select countries. During checkout, enter your address to check availability and calculate shipping costs.

Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days (additional charges apply)

  • International Orders: 7–14 business days (varies by destination)

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees depend on your location and order size. Orders over $500 MXN qualify for free standard shipping within Mexico.

Returns & Exchanges

If your Sandals don’t fit or aren’t what you expected, we offer a 14-day return or exchange policy. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
