Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Tobeywatt website and purchasing our Sandals. By accessing our site and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

To place an order, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

3. Products & Pricing

  • Product Information: We strive to display accurate colors, images, and specifications of our Sandals. However, actual colors may vary due to your monitor display.

  • Pricing: All prices are listed in Mexican Pesos (MXN). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price charged will be the price valid at the time of order confirmation.

  • Availability: All orders are subject to product availability. If a pair of Sandals is out of stock after you place an order, we will notify you and refund the corresponding amount.

4. Ordering & Contract Formation

  • Placing an item in your cart does not reserve the price or stock.

  • Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. A legally binding contract is only formed when we send you an Order Confirmation Email.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inability to fulfill the order.

5. Payment Terms

  • We accept various payment methods as displayed at checkout.

  • Your payment is processed at the time of order.

  • By providing your payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • The risk of loss and title for the Sandals passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

  • You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this site (logos, text, graphics, images, etc.) is the property of Tobeywatt or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to use this site to:
